Hoi allemaal,
Donderdagavond 25 april is er weer een bijeenkomst van de Prisma Groep. Wij hebben de eer om Glenn Helberg (weer) als gastspreker te hebben.
Glenn Helberg is psychiater die de spreekkamer naar de maatschappij toe brengt. Veel van wat zich afspeelt in de maatschappelijke context heeft zijn weerslag op de persoon (bicultureel en/of vluchteling) die meerdere achtergronden in zich herbergt.
Wij zullen het deze avond o.a. hebben over de relatie met jezelf, jezelf accepteren en over seksualiteit. Intersectionaliteit en minderheidsstress zullen wij ook bespreken.
Uiteraard zal er ook de mogelijkheid zijn om vragen te stellen en eventueel de dialoog aan te gaan.
Het is belangrijk dat jullie je aanmelden, op tijd komen, blijven tot 22.00 uur en anderen respecteren (o.a. door naar elkaar te luisteren). We hebben namelijk veel bezoekers en dan is het juist nog belangrijker om rekening met elkaar te houden.
Als er bijzondere omstandigheden zijn dan kan je altijd contact met ons opnemen voor hulp vanuit Veilige Haven Utrecht, of om bijvoorbeeld aan te geven dat je niet op tijd kan komen of eerder weg moet gaan. Hopelijk tot volgende week donderdag.

Hi everyone,
There will be another meeting of the Prisma group thursday evening 25th of April. It is an honour to have Glenn Helberg (again) as our guest speaker.
Glenn is a psychiatrist who brings the consultation room to society. Most of what happens in the context of society has its repercussion on the person (bicultural and/or refugee) who has multiple backgrounds within him/herself/theirs.
This evening, among other things, we will discuss the relationship you have with yourself, self-acceptance and sexuality. Also we will speak about intersectionality and minority stress.
Of course, there will also be room for questions and to go into dialogue with each other.
It is important to sign up, to be there on time, to stay till 22:00 and to respect each other (for example by listening to each other). We have many visitors, so it is very important to take each other into consideration.
If there are special circumstances, you can always contact us for help from Veilige Haven Utrecht, or to indicate, for example, that you cannot arrive on time or must leave earlier. Hope to see you next Thursday.
